compress: Compile with -O3.

By default all objects are compiled with -Os. For the compress filter,
which has to deal with large amounts of uncompressed audio data,
gcc emits rather inefficient code. Switching to -O3 resulted in a 10%
performance improvement on my Lenovo laptop.
