Makefile.in: Avoid gcc warnings on non-linux systems.

-fdata-sections, -ffunction-sections, -Wl,--gc-sections, -Wstrict-prototypes
and -Wshadow produce quite a lot of warnings on at least NetBSD and MacOS. So
use these flags only on Linux.
