mutex_get(): Change parameter from key_t to int.

The two callers obtain the key from get_key_or_die(), which
returns int. So pass an int anyway. This fixes a warning on
NetBSD:

	ipc.c:263: warning: format '%x' expects type 'unsigned int', but argument 4 has type 'key_t'
