Fix paraslash.ico.

Somehow this broke quite some time ago. The command

	convert -colors 16 paraslash.png paraslash.ico

converts the png to an .ico File that is displayed nicely at least
with firefox. Of course, this should be generated on the fly, but
for now it's simpler to just check it in.
