It's a hassle to maintain, the link is dead since the server moved from
gitweb to cgit, and nobody except the bots care anyway.

The screenshot that shows the colorful blackness theme of para_gui was
last updated 13 years ago. Replace it with a recent screenshot that has the
progress bar and add a second screenshot that shows para_gui's new figlet theme.

The development page and the manual explain how the integration branches work,
so this does not need to be repeated on the download page. The remaining part
is basically just the two links, and those can simply be added to the main page.

This removes all traces of dccp, specifically dccp_recv.c and dccp_send.c.
The flowops related functions of net.c can go away as well, as flowops were
only needed for the dccp transport. A few other functions are simplified by
dropping the flowops or protocol parameter.
Further cleanups are possible, but are deferred to subsequent commits. In
particular, some functions of send_common.c are only called by the http
transport now. These can be moved to http_send.c and then be made static.

The tuebingen.mpg.de git server now supports https, and so does the
people.tuebingen.mpg.de page. Update all these links accordingly.
This still leaves a lot of http:// links to external pages, but those
can be adjusted in separate patches.

Wrap text paragraphs in <p>...</p> and increase the margin value for
the html body in the css file. This looks much better in firefox.

This software hasn't been tested on Mac OS for years, so Mac OS
support is most likely already broken.
This commit removes the osx writer and the autoconf tests for core
audio, and adjusts the documentation to not mention Mac OS anymore. It
also effectively reverts commit be1074b4 which introduced an ugly
workaround in interactive.c that was only needed on Mac OS.

The server and audiod log files provided little information and
were constantly outdated, so this patch removes them. The para_gui
screenshot is turned into a link in the feature list where para_gui
is mentioned. This gets rid of the screenshots page.
The paraslash license is mentioned on the main page, so we don't
need a dedicated page for it. The CREDITS file stays in the git repo
of course but we don't need a web page for this either. It's fairly
static anyway.

This page contains only an email address and one sentence. The main
page is a better place for this information.

This commit moves the FEATURES file to web/about.html.in, switching
the syntax from grutatxt to plain html. The new file is translated into
index.html while the old main page is now available as the "News" page.
